PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAN DAN KREATIVITAS TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha para 60 pelaku usaha di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Melalui uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung dari variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan sebesar 4.115, dan nilai t hitung dari variabel kreativitas sebesar 7,805 dan R square sebesar 0,780. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak hanya memberikan landasan teoritis terhadap konsep kewirausahaan tetapi juga membentuk sikap, perilaku dan pemikiran wirausaha, disamping itu pengembangan bisnis juga memerlukan kemampuan inovasi dan kreativitas untuk menjawab tantangan bisnis, terutama dalam mencari produk dan layanan yang unggul.
